USD–NIS hedging will be effective for each payment including the first payment. If on the contractual payment date the Bank of Isreal representative USD – NIS exchange rate is below 1:3 the purchaser will receive a credit for the difference between exchange rate of 1:3 and the Bank of Israel representative USD -NIS exchange rate on the contractual payment day ,subject to timely payment and to the promotion terms.
